Should eat my execise calories or not?

ok. been on a plateau for a long time now.. ramped up the exercise to 5 times a week, buring an average of 700-800 calories each session. Eating my 1200 calories a day.. (sometime up to 1400 on weekends),
not losing weight. . should I eat more?

Yes, you should probably be eating more, but that may not be the cause of your plateau.
How long has it been since you've lost weight? Small stalls are normal and a week or three without weight loss is usually nothing to worry about.
Are you using a food scale? Small inaccuracies can add up to big calories if you're using measuring cups or, worse, eye balling your food. Make sure you're getting an accurate picture of how much you're eating. Including snacks, fruits & veggies, condiments, etc.
Are you using a HRM or MFP/machine estimates to calculate your burn from exercise? Once you start eating back your calories you want to be sure you're not eating back too many. Gym machines are known to overestimate your burn. If you're not burning as much as you think you may accidentally start overeating.0
