Lost Motivation?

I think that people should realize that reaching your weight loss goals is not all about motivation, Because every one of us gets to a point when we lose that motivation, whether its for a few days or longer. The important part is commitment, Its about pushing yourself especially when you dont feel motivation. Dont get me wrong, motivation is great and certainly helps, but being commited is whats gonna get you through. So be committed! :)

    Absolutely agree! Once "healthy living" becomes part of your lifestyle, you don't need to worry about staying motivated. You just DO it, cos that's who you are.
