Hopefully if I take on a couple of my Dads traits I won't resolve to drinking Canadian Mist ( I'm a Capitan Morgan man myself) lol..
When I was about 9 or 10 my dad did one of the coolest things I ever saw him do in my life on Christmas eve day. Now I'm not saying I did anything cool just did what was right. So my dad when I was a kid got out of the car and physically stopped traffic on Christmas Eve day cause no one would stop to let this lil old couple cross the street. I mean it was cold, grey, cloudy, windddyyyy cold. and these people were old. I remember to this day them saying they just wanted to go across the street to the Walgreen's for the gentlemen's meds and didn't want to lose their parking spot. It left an impression on me. For all of his short comings I saw him do that and a few other good things now and then.
ell this a.m. I had a similar experience but it was a young Mom with a baby stroller. I don't know her story, but she was going to the grocery store and I was out for a Subway sammich...... She thanked me but I could tell she was surprised like someone actually helped her.
I believe opportunity to help others is all around us. And that God provides. Now I just have to make sure I don't do anything else lie my Dad like start drinking cheap Canadian whiskey!!!!!! lol....

Thanks Ladies but I didn't share it for the kudos, but rather just to say we all have opportunities to make someone's day a little bit better if we just open up a little that's all0
