New Member, looking to lose 25 lbs.

Hi Everyone,

I'm a 28 year old male and currently weigh 205 lbs. My ideal weight of about 180. Over the past 5 years, I've varied between about 175 and 215 lbs, so my goal stop the slow swinging and maintain healthy eating habits. I like budgeting and numbers, so applying that to a diet philosophy seems like a good idea. I've dieted several times, and work out regularly, running 15-20 miles per week and mountain biking most weekends).

I hope to give back by providing motivation and sharing what has worked for me. Feel free to friend me if you want to tag along.

    I've got a few friends already, but still would like a little larger network. Specifically people in their mid-20s to early 30s who have about 20-25 lbs to lose, but anyone is welcome. Friend me, or post here and I will friend you.
