december goals && splits

we all know that december is known to be quite a damper on fitness for some.
however im not letting it hold me back. last month i made some great gains!
QUADS + 1/2 inch
CALVES + 1/2 inch
CHEST + 1/2 inch
Bicep + 1/4 inch

this was based off a split of basically
Chest + tri
back + bi
shoulders
legs
and thats it.
well we all know the body needs shock so this month ? thinking of trying something "odd"

Back + triceps
Chest + biceps
QUADSSSS
rest
Chest (light) + shoulders
hams calves + back (light)
rest.
** goals are to gain more chest && leg size** also going from 5 sets of 5 (strength) to 4 sets (or 5 depending) on 10 reps
to really stimulate my muscle growth

- i was looking into the whole five day isolation split (meaning arms own day) however i hate waiting 7 days to train my muscle group again..
so thoughts comments.

what is your december split goal routine going to be.

    congratulation taryn looking forward to see how this works out for you as far as my dec goal i would love to be under 200 i'm close
