Mixing it up at the gym?

Hey everyone! currently I am just chugging away at the gym with the treadmill and elipicatal varying with resiantces and inclines, Im just looking for new things to try for a newbie looking to get in shape.

    If you want some nice definition, a beginner lifting program like Stronglifts 5x5 is a good option.

    If you're looking for something to do, maybe your gym offers classes in ballroom dancing, yoga, or Capoeira...
