Hi, my name is Kendra and I was on myfitnesspall before, but then I quit. I have now been doing it for a week as well as working out almost every day! I like the way there are people on here supporting other people, and I will help support whoever I can. The biggest tip I can give everyone is to just do what you already know you need to do and don't make excuses. We are all tired and have cravings, but we are all in control of ourselves and have to own up to our decisions! So let's decide to do what it takes to get the body/lifestyle/healthyness that we've always wanted! We can do it!
