Hello everyone - Im back on the fitness focus after slipping off for a few months. Time to get serious again and not get sidetracked.

focusing on a healthy eating lifestyle, exercise, and educating myself in fitness.

My end goal is to complete a Spartan Run / tough mudder event. Its a bit away, but Ill get there.

Im also a fitness gadget fiend! hahah Im always looking for the next latest greatest gadget to help me in my quest to be fit.
Currently using the Mio Alpha and a Polar FT7

Im always open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve!

    Hey! Just started back after a move a few months ago. I'm really trying to get back on track. Having a new schedule is hard to get used to. I could really use some encouragement throughout the way! Any requests would be totally appreciated! :) thanks guys.
