HI I wanted to share this video I found with everyone I think I am going to do this instead of buying protein bars all the time, I eat too many of them and this is a better alternative

    What a cute video! Very funny and informative.
    Kudos: This is lower in fat and carbs than the Special K meal Bars, (and higher in protien) at about the same # of calories.
    This also has more natural ingredients than Special K bars do, except the Splenda.

    no problem i think this would be more cost effective in the long run I think i would freeze my leftovers and use them up that way
