Chromium supplement/ eating too little.

Hi, I started using Chromium Polynicotinate as prescribed by a Quantum practitioner. My body wasn't absorbing nutrients well enough.

So I've been using it for a few weeks and suddenly this week I felt it kick in because I'm eating less and not getting hungry as often.

But I'm eating too few calories now :/. The lowest amount of calories I would eat previous weeks would be like 1200, 1400. And some days I eat closer to my full amount of 1900. My calories have never exceeded their limit.

I'm eating healthily and balanced. But I have a hard time getting enough carbohydrates in such as grains. I eat lots of veggies and fruit and protein.

But this week I've not even made 1200! I would eat 100 - 300 calories less.

Is this bad? Will my body starve?? I'm just having a hard time eating more food now but I cannot stop the Chromium. What exactly will happen to my body?
