Hi! I'm new at counting calories. I use myfitnesspal calorie counter. Anyway, daily calorie intake should be 1350. If enter a lot of vegetables and fruits, sometimes I'll still have a remaining 400 - 800 calories needed because have a small amount of calories. On top of that I exercise, so of it's 1350 minus the calories I burn from exercise, let's say 250 then that will give me 1100. So should I eat again so that I'll get my target daily calorie which is 1350? Is it bad to have a remaining 400 - 800 calorie? I feel like weight loss is a lot of eating.
