Been bloated for a week

So, Thanksgiving hit as usual. And not gonna lie, I had a second (slightly smaller) Thanksgiving with some of my friends Saturday night. I've been really bloated all week, and I'm wondering if it could still be from just eating so much food when I'm really not used to eating a lot. I haven't added any new foods into my diet. I'm vegan so I don't drink milk and I usually avoid gluten, so it can't be from either of those. I don't feel gassy or anything, its just that my stomach protrudes a LOT. I'm 5'4" and 125 pounds so I'm not big, but it looks like I'm about 6 months pregnant.
Any help?
