Corn oil

If I use any oil, I usually use a lot of olive oil and occasionally coconut oil in my cooking. I saw an ad that corn oil is supposed to be heart healthy. Isn't corn a starch?
Is corn oil good? Do you use it? What about canola and peanut oils?

Coconut oil is supposed to be converted to energy instead of being stored as fat unlike other oils, boosts metabolism (which i need) increases energy level, improves brain health and thyroid function aids digestion and absorption of nutrients.
not sure why i have not discovered this stuff sooner tbh.0 -
You want to cook with saturated fat so butter, coconut oil or rendered animal fats. Nutrition Authority just posted a blog post on grape seed oil that covers the basics when it comes to oils.
