I hit my goal weight today!!!!! I want to be 126, was 126.3 pounds :blushing: I haven't been at this weight in several years!
I am going to wait until Wednesday, my official check-in to count this but I was very excited. For the past month or two I hadn't really lost much at all, but these past two weeks it's been dropping off! YAY!
Just in time for my vacation!
So if anyone is wondering if this site works, I lost 19 pounds in about 4 months!

That is AWESOME! Pretty much exactly what I want to do, too. I want to lose 17 pounds - hopefully most of that by August.
What kind of exercise did you do? How many calories did you eat per day? Did you follow the # of cals the site recommends pretty much exactly or what?

kerikitkat, I followed the calories MFP told me to eat, it went from about 1450 to 1390 as I lost weight. I was set to 1 pound a week for the majority of the time. Exercise, I switched up a lot, I started with DDR and did it quite religiously haha. Then I started going to the gym at school and doing the elliptical trainer 3 times a week. I got sick of travelling to the gym every day when I got the same results from DDR in my home, so I went back to that. These past few weeks I've been renting yoga dvds from the library to try them out, they were pretty fun but I was never sure of the calorie count! So yes, no one activity really!0 -

I lost 22 pounds in 4 mnths (from 155 to 133) and am now working on maintaining

What's the maintenance like at 133, calorie-wise? My goal is 130, so I'd like to know what I'll be looking forward to when I get there.0 -
