one pound a week?

OK ...I'm not complaining that I lost one pound a week for the last 3 weeks (cause I know how hard it is to loss 1 pound) My Question is..... I'm working very hard every week eating right, working-out and drinking plenty of water. Am I only gonna loss a pound a week forever or is there something I could do different?? This weight-loss trip is very crazy but I'm determined, motivated and refuse to quit!!! Thanks in advance for any advise and please feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:

Hate to tell you, but eventually you won't even be able to lose 1 lb a week.. that will go down (or fluctuate).. so enjoy it now.

    Also Patience..

The quicker you lose weight the quicker it's going to come back on.

1lb a very healthy amount to lose for the amount of effort you're putting into it. You honestly do NOT want to lose more than that each week because it means something's not kosher! You're doing AWESOME and your body is changing in more ways than just on the scale! Take progress photos of yourself, you'll be amazed at the difference between what you actually SEE and what shows up on the scale! :)

In addition to previous comments, muscle weighs much more than fat, so while we may feel like we're fighting an uphill battle, the inches will leave as you get more toned, even if the weight remains the same (or goes up!).

I enjoy my measuring days much more than my weigh in days.
