I have been going to the gym around 3 / 4 times a week and doing a hour of cardio and I do about 17k..
I feel better but the scales say I've put on 5 pound I'm still eating healthy and sticking to my calorie intak!!
So what's happened![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I thought the weight would fall off

Calories in, calories out. Take a second to evaluate this and you'll find the problem.
Also, your body is like a grocery bag, if you put something in, it weighs more until you take it out. (ie. drink a full glass of water, 1 lb gained.)0 -
Thanks I will do that and do u think I'm doing enough I like cardio but I hate weights0
