How many Calories do we burn just on average day no activity

And you guys factor in these calories burned? I found sites that have a breakdown, like - example. Doing hair , burns 50calories +
brushing teeth... 14-15 cals. Would it be smart to log these cals too??? Just wanted to get your thoughts.

no, don't log them, IMO just when you actually are "working out", when your shopping, or walking to your car from your work place, do not log, that is all part of daily life...0

Yeah...dont' log them. It isn't exercise...those are just every day to day needs of life.0

No, they are already calculated in the calories MFP gives you. The only thing it does not calculate is specific activities you do for exercise.0
