Diary Help!

Hey guys, so I've been trying to be a lot healthier, but with that, I've been extremely under my calories a few day, more often than not, I'm around 300 calories short. and the past week, I've been eating very little (with an exception of last night on date night because I didn't eat at my normal times). It's not that I'm starving myself, I'm just not hungry. I love food way too much to starve myself, but I don't want to eat it for no reason, that's how I got here. Is it going to hurt me to be that low on my calories? I'm attempting the 4 hour Body, and I absolutely love it, I have plenty of energy to go to the gym twice a day, or workout at home cleaning or playing in the snow or whatever the day leads me to. Is this going to make me plateau?? Help me pleasee!!!

    If you want help with your food intake you'd have to actually log it to start with because you either don't eat for days on end or you aren't entering it. There really isn't anything to comment on and since you've set a budget of 1200 calories it really doesn't take any effort at all to hit that.
