Excercise calories

I am supposed to eat back my exercise calories?

    If using MFP method yes. Just be careful not to over estimate. I only eat back about half because I don't want to get caught overestimating and overeating. There are also times I do more exercise but am just not hungry enough to even eat half.

    Exactly. I completely agree. Listen to your body. It's not a mandate to eat back any or all of your exercise calories. If you're starving form exercise, try to eat 50% of your exercise calories back. If you're not, don't eat them back.
