which tupe of meal plan would be best?

Im looking at recipes to see what i can make for my new meals now that im changing my meal plan and officially starting my new diet. But ive seen different meals in categories like low carb , high protein, low glucose , etc.
What type of meals would be best for me? My new calorie intake is 1200 if that helps at all I want to lose at least 3 pounds a week which i know its possible im tired of hearin its not because ive seen many people do it and have read articles and testimonials proving it possible . Anyway id really like to knkw what would give me the best results and whih could help along with exercise to help me lose weight easier or quicker how ever you want to put it. Not in a rush but im sure anyone would like to lose the weight sooner rather than later. and Ive been told that low carb will help lose weight but then ive heard how on a low carb diet your always hungry . Then i heard that high protein meal plans really help with weight loss like it accelorates weight los by a tiny bit amd also help build lean muscle. I had a friend who went on a high protein diet along with exercise and lost 50 pounds but my friend is a male and im a female so it could be differet .

On a business trip to Scandinavia I discovered LCHF diet, and when I got back home and did some research, I took the plunge and tried it out. And glad I did as it works great. Free advice on Swedish site www.dietdoctor.com. Been losing 1 or more lbs per week steady for several months. I've been on MFP for a long time, but only discovered LCHF recently. Glad I did because the other "conventional" diet wasn't working at all.
