Natural fluctuations?

How much does your weight fluctuate in a week? Other than today I've been under my maintenance calories this week and yet I'm up 3.5lbs since last week. Just normal fluctuation or should I be stepping up my exercise?

    Mine seems to be by about 3 lbs on a regular basis during the week. That doesn't include weighing after I've eaten, etc, because there is no telling how much I 'gain' throughout the day, lol. I drink a ton of water for one thing. Usually an up day doesn't last more than a day or so.

    Mine can be more than 3 lbs during TOM or any time I get abdominal 'period' cramps (I have endometriosis, so weirdness pops up at varying times other than just TOM). The hormonal ones can last for several days for me. That gets frustrating because it screws up my charts :D
