My New Year Starts Tomorrow

Been putting on pounds since I quit mowing yards a few months ago.

So, rather then wait for New Years day, I'm going to start dieting and exercising starting tomorrow morning.

Plan to exercise 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes doing core exercised every day and on alternate days weight lifting. In terms of dieting I plan on using this app to record and track my daily exercises and calories. Recording what I eat is key because I had good success in the past doing this at weight watchers.

My short term goal is to lose 45 pounds by April. My long term goal is to make daily exercise and a healthy diet my new lifestyle.

My other short term goal is to outpace my wife in weight loss since she's doing really good on weight watchers.
