Teas, and Sugar vs Honey.

So lately I've started drinking tea. I did some research and Green Tea and Rooibos are the healthiest, I used to have Rooibos with milk and sugar but now I'm trying to cut out the milk and sugar but it tastes awful. So I thought I'd add a teaspoon of honey in but when I scanned the honey it worked out the same nutritional value as the sugar (sodium, sugar, protein, fat, carbs and calories).
What's the difference then?
Also, what nice tasting teas are there that are also really healthy? :)

i like honey. also sugar, raw sugar, agave, etc.

i don't have to be a scientist to tell you all the sugars are not bad for you unless you're diabetic.

the best tasting unsweetened tea to me is chamomile. if you start with a tea that tastes good unsweetened it will take less sugar or sweetener to make it taste good.
