Weight-lifter and TDEE...I need your help!!

Ok all, I need some help because my motivation is taking a nose-dive, FAST!

I'm no newbie when it come to diets and weight-loss/gain. This is my 3rd time around trying to change my lifestyle, become healthier and lose a large amount of weight.
The hubby and I started a new diet program this past January. In addition, I logged all my meals on hear and in February, I changed my goals to reflect the TDEE method. At one point I had lost 25 lbs and 2% (or so my scale says) of body fat. I was elated since this was all due to diet and minimal exercise. (I was in grad school the who time and had difficulty maintaining a steady workout regiment).

We moved back home in August and I have since increase my workouts and properly adjust my TDEE. Since November I have been working out 3xs a week, for ~40 mins with my kettlebell (wooo!) and adjusted my TDEE to reflect these differences. I'm at 20% below recommended TDEE and my calorie intake is 2000 per day and I do NOT eat back the calories from my workouts. HOWEVER, in the past 7 weeks, I have GAINED 7.5 lbs! I am CRUSHED; every week during weight-in when the scale move up more, I lose motivation and am deflated. Even my measurements show little to no change.

SO I am begging for some help/thoughts and ideas on what I'm doing wrong. It is extremely upsetting to see the scale creep upward when I'm eating-well, working out and have been at this lifestyle for a year. I'm not lookign to be a size 6, I just want to be healthy for when we start having kids in the next year. Oh yeah, and being happy in my own skin would be awesome too!

Thanks in advance for your help! :flowerforyou:

Let's start with some questions then: how tall are you? How much do you weigh? What tdee calculator did you use? What did you put in as workout/activity level? Do you accurately weigh your food and log everything? And a stupid one: pregnant?

2000 calories sounds like a lot to me if you're only working out 3 times a week for 40 mins. I was working out 5-6 times a week, do an active job, and run round after 2 young kids and I wasn't eating as many as 2000 calories to lose weight. Even with my calorie burns and active lifestyle, I'd gain weight on that amount.

Of course, as suggested, you could be pregnant! I'm 21 weeks pregnant tomorrow and gained in the first trimester.
