Anyone else find that stevia decreases their appetite?

About 2 weeks ago I started a new whey isolate supplement that contains stevia as a sweetener. Not particularly a fan of stevia, I agreed to give it a try because I have such a hard time with sucralose, and many other sucrose alternatives (IBS). I still can't say I totally love the taste, but I have found that I am far less hungry than normal when I use this particular protein powder. Some days, I find I even have calories left over at the end of the day, and that NEVER used to happen. NEVER. Counting calories for me has been a constant battle with my hunger and desire to EAT MOAR FOODZ especially because I do lots of cardio.
Anyone else had this experience? Could it be the protein powder? I plan on buying a bottle of stevia extract and experimenting further. <--- evil scientist look

Hi guys. This is it: Mrm 100% All Natural Isolate Whey Protein. I have the vanilla flavor. It's pricy, but we get it at cost from some friends of ours who own a Muscle Max franchise.0
