Importing receipes??

Hi everyone, do you know if you can send a receipe to a friend or import one off the message board??

    I don't think there is a way to import recipes from this forum.

    So I just copy and paste the recipe into a word processor document, save it to my computer, and send it as an attachment.

    I pretty much do the same, copy and paste, send to myself in an email.
