    I LOVE both of these items, here's my favorite recipe using both!

    1 cup bulgar wheat
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1 cup lentils
    6 sun dried tomatoes
    Lemon juice
    lemon salt/oil (your choice)
    Smoked paprika
    Avocado

    Cook all of them all separately, let them cook, mix them together with the tomatoes (blend the tomatoes to get a better mix) throw in paprika, salt/oil and lemon juice to taste and eat cold topped with avocado, YUM!
