Loose weight & fast

I lost 30lbs n 3 months. What i did was simple... The entire 3 months I worked out making sure I burned more calories than I took n. I worked out 2 or 3 x a day. Cardio & weights. Cardio is the ONLY type of exercise that will get rid of fat. Weight training builds muscle. The more muscle 1 has the more efficient time is spent during cardio. The fat burning process dose not start until 25min of cardio so 30min means u burnt fat efficiently for 5min. Before the fat burning process 1 burns calories (which is good cuz if u dont burn cals they turn to body fat.) But I wanted to burn fat fast so I did lots of uninterrupted 30min+ cardio sessions & I did a circuit stile workout. I hope my experience helps 1 of yall. Remember we all react different to exercise. Any of u have any comments? Dont forget Consistency & Duration r the KEYS!!!!!!!

    Guys naturally have a faster metabolism than women so it takes us women twice as long to lose the same amount of weight. I hate you. :tongue: LOL j/k

    Well I have a mobility disorder so I metabolize things 3 or 4 times as fast as u so ha!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!! Not sure how true that is but ive heard that rumor too.
