arms not loosing

My arms are staying pretty constant even though I lost 32 pounds
and do I measure them relaxed or flexed cause flexed they are bigger.

they were 13" at 200lbs
October 4th 11" at 180
today 11" at 168

is it because of weights and push-ups ? Any advise?
Sorry for all the questions

Where you lose fat is genetic. Give it more time. But eating foods higher in protein and weight training will help maintain your muscle which will help give you a lean body.

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far!

What's wrong with losing 2 inches on your arms? I think it's great.

A person does not gain muscle while at a calorie deficit, so your arms are losing inches slowly due to other reasons. It's true genetics play a big part in where we lose weight first.

It looks like you have about 30 pounds to go to reach your goal. Just be patient and continue on your journey.

I know what you mean. My legs and calves are the last part of me to lose as well.

Forgot to add.. you measure your biceps flexed. But to be consistent, measure the distance between your elbow and shoulder. At the midpoint, measure your bicep when it's flexed.
