I fought with the word Losers, so I'll keep it cheerful. I am 52, consider myself an athlete (NOT) and eat a lot, where I work during the day. I'm new to myfitness, but I like it. I had used another site before, but it wasn't as simple as this one. However, I'd like to know where do people keep track of the amount of fiber they eat? Is there a link? Or does one just do it on the side? Thanks!

    Welcome...if you go under the foods tab then go to settings, you can change what you want to keep track of :)
