Hurt foot - Need exercise ideas.

Hey guys -
I have been following the c25k but last week my foot became really sore. It I didn't want to stop exercising so I (stupidly) ran on it while it hurt and now it hurts so much I that I can't walk so taking a break from running. It doesn't hurt when I do other exercises such as the eliptical and the bike but I am looking for a bit more variety. Are there any cardio exercises that you guys can think of which wouldn't put stress on my injury that I can do until I can get on my feet again?

    See a doctor (and probably think about swimming). But see a doc

    go see a doc.

    - elliptical

    - cycle/spin

    - swim

    - row machine

    - walk

    - stair stepper

    anything low impact.
  • Go see a podiatrist. The last thing you want to do is injure your foot further.

    There was a program call Sit and Be Fit. Might be able to find a session or two via Google.

    any upper body will still shed some lbs!
