I stopped coming to MFP in March when a whole bunch of people from work joined WW. I joined too and now no one at works is doing WW anymore. WW has not been doing it for me so why keep paying for something that I am not really following.

So that being said I am back to MFP and am ready to work hard. I am enjoying being back already. I have lots to lose and feel I am ready this time.

    I used to go to WW to but to shift work I had to switch meetings to get to meetings but my folder was always in wrong box. I had to keep up with meeting and where. So I started doing WW on-line but wouldn't stick to it so I was wondering why I was paying for it. Then a local woman from high school lost over 100 through myfitnesspal for free. I am ready for change also!!
