Need to loose 25-30lbs. Help, please add me

I am not new to myfitnesspal I just have a new account
I wasn't doing very well before and weight has just crept up on me :'(
Looking for friends and more motivation

  • Hi, I'm working on the same goal as you:) Losing 25-30 lbs. Have you made a plan for how to get in a deficit yet?
    Current weight: 159 lbs
    I am settling on eating an average calorie count of 1350 daily after trial and error over the last month.
    I do Crossfit 3X a week

    I have found that if I drop to the 1100-1250 calorie zone that I end up with a binge episode, so plan on trying the 1350 zone with a 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat split on macros. The main tips for not getting frustrated is to make a plan for your deficit. Weight loss is all about the deficit. You can do it!
    Consider measurements such as inches or get a set of Accumeasure calipers if you are using a scale and getting frustrated. You can also use a handheld body fat measurer. Scales need to be looked at as an average over a month, not over a day.
