Newly engaged!

Hey guys, im just starting out here, i was using another app to track but from what ive heard MFP is way better.

I decided i really needed to make this change and kick my butt into gear as i got engaged last month! I had been working on my weight slowly but wasn't making much progress. after i got engaged, i kind of expected my brain to magically be like "right, we dont crave sweets anymore, salad all the way. we need to get fit for the wedding..." and it would suddenly be easy... But that didnt happen.

Time to put the effort in. Any help/support i can get would be awesome :-)
