Cravings and Supplements Q

What supplements do you guys take and why? Anyone take an iron supplement?
I just started Kenai wild salmon oil and it feels awesome.
Am thinking maybe need iron or magnesium cause I get these mad dark chocolate leafy greens and greek yogurt(least) cravings. Am thinking its the iron magnesium calcium in those foods and maybe sign of anemia? Am wary of iron cause of stomach effects but would love to hear your experience with supplements of all kinds yes please thank you so much!!
Curious about experiences with spirilina 5Htp raspberry ketones(what's up) Lglutamine probiotics(I take them for digestive health) favorite multis any and all....
PS why do you guys track the supplements? Things like my thyroid I never track and I see the wild Salmon oil has calories so maybe if I see it in the database but I don't think it's a big deal either way but if I'm wrong Id be happy and grateful to be educated...

I probably eat like 8 cups of dark leafy greens a day and 4tbsp of pure dark cocoa powder or a small dark bar with stevia or agave and lots of fish fats and berries and then plain greek yogurt but I don't know why my body craves these dark colored veggies fruits except if it is missing the nutrients.
When I eat them I feel soooo much better more energy concentration focus yeah0 -
Fish oil I track because it has 40 cals. Multivit, no. If you think you are anemic, see your doctor. Iron is stored in the body, so you can become toxic by taking it if you don't need it.0

Don't just take iron unless you know you need it...if you were anemic you'd be exhausted a lot of the time. If that's the case, go get bloodwork done to find out. Aside from other things, too much iron will make you constipated :sick:0
