If I were you I would cut back on the caffeine a bit. I cut down sugar years ago, I slowly went from 2 to a half a tsp. Recently I managed to switch over to herbal teas, I don't like them all but I found a few flavours I do. I do have a couple of coffees still, I have started making with 100ml of warm milk, topped with hot water, and I find I can go without sugar most days. Sometimes I do have a few drops of honey, honey has more calories but is sweeter so you can use a lot less. Those artificial sugar substitutes are awful, even though I only use half a tablet. I threw all mine out, most of them are chemical rubbish. Stevia is supposed to be good, but it just doesn't do it for me :-(0

Artificial sweetener is very bad for you. It can cause serious health concerns if consumed in a large quantity over time. There is nothing wrong with sugar in smaller doses. In fact some sugar is good for you. Just cut down and do without when you can. Good luck0
