just quit. it's honestly not worth it and there's a million things you can do to relax that aren't killing you. i have smoked for 10 years and quit and it's so easy to get over it. it might not be so easy for the people around me (because i had an awful attitude at first) but everyone was supportive.0

The effects of 2-3 cigs a week will be smaller than the effects of breathing city air vs country air.0

I say your on your way to a 6-12 cig a week habit then a 5 cig a day habit to a pack a day0

Find something else that is relaxing which is NOT a habit forming drug.. quit while you can0
