Activity advice for Winter in MN

Hello..

I don't belong to any gym because I just don't get motivated working out by myself. I only like the classes but don't want to commit to paying monthly if I didn't have time to go,

Does anyone know of any classes that I can pay as I go? Or perhaps a community that works out together for free? Alos, any other free to inexpensive inside activities for families?

Thank You

WII Dance or check out free exercise videos from your local library! Dance, get 5 pound weights from the Goodwill(they always have exercise stuff). You can do squats while vacuuming or leg lifts while doing dishes. Go on U Tube where they have tons of exercise videos.

Are you in the metro? I grew up in Falcon Heights and know our community center had exercise classes you could pay for by the session (or by 6-8 week intervals) -- maybe your community center offers something similar?

I know how you feel. I live in the metro. Check out community classes. That way you can pay by drop in or invest in a bunch of at home equipment. resistance bands, hand weights, yoga/workout mat etc. maybe a video or two. its the way to go when the roads are this bad!

Check into Zumba or Jazzercise. Jazzercise isn't what it used to be- it's a tough workout!
