calorie intake 1200-1500 daily, protein/carb/fat-30/40/30
exercise 6 days a week-strength training and a little cardio
weight loss goal-loose 20 pounds.

I've been working intently since August and have zero results by any measurement; weight, inches, bmi, NOTHING. It's hard to be 100% on my nutrition but I'm not sure what I'm doing so wrong. My diet must be worse than I think, which wouldn't surprise me. But I am tracking and I love myfitnesspal's tools.

What do you think? Can I do it? Anyone else been stuck and found a way out? I decided I need less commiserating with people who cheat and need to surround myself with people who stick to their plans and meet their goals.

If you're looking for suggestions of what might be wrong, opening your diary would probably help.

Otherwise, the first thing to check is always the accuracy of your measurements.

How are you measuring your portions sizes? Do you have a food scale? Measuring cups? Guesstimating?

Are you eating back any of your exercise calories? If so, are you using MFP/gym estimates or a heart rate monitor?
