I'm 51 years old. I went through medopause 3 years ago. I gained 18lbs in the first year. I'm not gaining anymore, but having hard time losing weight. I exercise 5-6 days a week. I do boot camp 3-4 times a week. I also run or do the elliptical. eat at 80%- 90% clean. I have done ww for many years. I just can't get myself to follow it anymore. I'm going to try to eat low carb for a while.
Any tips will be appreciated.

It may be that you're not completely through menopause yet. I know my mother feels the effects of it still, and part of that is weight fluctuations. Are you logging everything? I noticed you did not mention how many calories you eat a day - do you know it?0

I am completely done. I am all over the place with my programs..I keep switching diet plans. I know this is not good. If I don't see any results, I switch. I like to hear about how many calories and carbs women are eating. Also, if you eat your exercise calories.
Thanks for your input.0
