Hi, my name is stewart, I started MFP 10 days ago so far so good.. But what i need to know is when I'm at work for 10 hr a day my pedometer would say I took 2000 steps,= 1 mile, in 120 mins & burned 300 calories in a 10 hour day. Do i count that as exercise (slow pace walking) please give some feedback thanks....

I think it depends on whether you put that amount of activity in your lifestyle when you did you BMR. If you did, then it's already accounted for. If you did not, then you need to add it as exercise.0

Nope, it's not considered exercise. An easy walk doesn't count as aerobic activity. You can build moderate activity in to your lifestyle by walking briskly (you need to increase your heart rate) for at least 10 minute.. Just adding steps on your pedometer, though, doesn't count.0
