How much running stamina do you lose in 4-6 weeks?

I currently have myself trained up to a comfortable half marathon. I was supposed to run the Dallas Half Marathon yesterday, but it was canceled due to the ice storm. I registered for the Cowtown Half Marathon to run in late February instead.

In July I had a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. I started my training after I was healed, at 6 weeks. I had a follow-up with my surgeon today, and found out I'll be having a minor outpatient surgery revision of a couple issues from my reconstruction a week from today. I didn't ask him how long I'll be out from running, but I'm guessing he will tell me 4 to 6 weeks. So that would mean I can resume running in mid to late January for a late February Race. I'll have 4 to 6 weeks to prepare for the race.

Being trained up to 14 miles right now, will I not lose too much and be able to pick it back up without too much trouble after I'm healed??

Lost it pretty quickly but with an easy training program, I was able to bounce back very quickly. Just dont go and try to run a 10K for your first run...start slow and short and you will be amazed at how quickly you are able to cover longer distances after just 1 "reminder" run.
