Restarting - but new to forum. Any tips?

Hi everyone my name is Monica, I live in the UK and I have always struggled with my weight. I lost weight following weight watchers, hit my goal weight but then due to life events I gained most (but not all!) of my weight back.

So here I am trying again. I have around 28lbs to lose which doesnt sound much I know but when you are short like me it shows. I'm a comfort eater and an emotional eater. I can be so so good at work but then come home and could eat all night long - im guessing this is habit and with time ill be able to break it.

If anyone would like to add me as a friend feel free! I would love some tips on how to stop the night time munchies! Thanks for reading x
