I was 100kg in April ad my goal was 73kg. I got down to 73.8kg and I've been putting weight back on and off hanging around the 74-74.5kg mark. One reason is that I don't want to keep dropping weight below 73kg and so have let myself eat what I want a couple times per week, sometimes pushing me over 76kg! I guess I'm almost there and should stick it out but don't want to get too strict or too lenient as I don't want to have a rebound weight gain or drop under 70kg. I'm down to 13kg fat mass from 38kg (April).

You can do it. Also remember weight tends to fluctuate a little bit day to day so don't be too hard on yourself.
  • Cheers Lizzy622! I almost had KFC last night but thankfully it's difficult to park nearby so had something healthy instead :)
  • I hit my target 5 months early. Good luck everyone!

Hmm, maybe you should concentrate on your long term goal?

For instance, I try to run 5 days a week - however long I feel like running. I do 10 minutes of abs almost every morning. My weekly cals are 10500 and I try to stay away from sugar (or my diabetes would let me know). My weight bounces between 125 - 135 lbs and I'm fine with that so long as I stay in a size 5 and small shirts so I don't have to buy new clothes  .
