Slow Carb and Jillian Michael !

Hey guys I started dieting and working out at the beginning of the year. Then gave up during the summer because I moved across the country to attend medical school. Now with the sedentary life I live I have gained all of the weight back, plus more! It is ridiculous. I'm done. I need to lose the weight and finally be on track. I'm trying to do the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 in the mornings before school and also following the Slow Carb diet. I just need some support to not give up. I have never been this overweight in my life, it scares me.

    Good luck on your new life! And congrats for getting into medical school. That's amazing. MFP is a great tool. Eat a little less, move a little more and write it ALL down. I've had super success here - lots right around 50 lbs in a year - so slow and steady but I'm keeping it off and that is what is most important to me. Friend me if you'd like.

    You can do it! Never give up. Everyday is a new beginning so if you have a bad day just start over the next day! Good luck to ya!
