Hi everyone!
Totally new here and pretty excited to transform myself. Finally putting down the junk food and limiting the alcohol.

Current stats...
30. Female. 5'4".
HW 168
CW 157
GW 125

MFP has me set up to eat 1200 calories per day.
I plan to do cardio 3-4x a week and do a full body workout 2x a week.
