So there was this PB by PB & Co I liked, but it was too oily and messy for me. It was spicy though...thus it's name The Heat is On. Well, oh well...my brilliant mind just invented the same thing! Make your PB2 as usual (for me 2 T powder with as much water as needed for desired consistency) and then add 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper. Eat it by the spoonful...or on something...either way its freaking delicious and the burn...its just so good!

    I was looking at trying some but the lack of Fat in it kinda of turn off me. I normally eat the peanut butter for the poly/mono fats. The oils and such are a pain though I agree. Maybe they'll make a PB3 with all the fats back.

    Though I do have some laying around work I'll have to try that on a break.
