Exercising during Christmas

I'm female and try to keep it up as normal, although it is a bit harder with everyone home.0

Travel days might be tricky but I should be able to get in a little walking and bodyweight exercise. I will bring my suspension straps, those are easy to travel with and and use in a hotel room.
Non-travel days you better believe I am going to be exercising...the stress reduction benefits will likely be sorely needed.0 -
Stay on target... stay on target...
No plans to change my routine. Saturday is rest day. Sunday is stretch. Christmas day I will be doing T25 Gamma RIPT UP. The entire 25 minutes I will be thinking of the wonderful Christmas dinner I will be having later. It's because I stick with my workouts that I can splurge a few times a year and have whatever I want for a special meal.0
