Need to refocus...Motivated friends needed

I have been MIA too long and BEASTMODE is back. It is too easy to lose focus and I realize I still have a food addiction. I promise to be a better Fitness PAL. I need all the motivation I can get. My wife and I have done this journey together and have come too far. We are in process of moving to AZ and have lost sight of our fitness goals. Time to kick *kitten* again.
