Hi everyone, I'm new to this...
I'm looking to lose weight in order to make myself feel better.
I have just started 'Shake That Weight' diet milkshake but I would like to know how I could lose weight all over my body and not gain muscle.
I work 9 hours a day sitting in at a desk so I would like to get some answers to help me..

Welcome to MFP and all the best in reaching your goals! Fortunately it is a simple process: Food and Exercise, to develop a healthy lifestyle you need both. Develop some good exercise habits, things that you like to like for example, go to the gym, walk, cycle etc, what ever will keep you wanting to do it more. To maintain these activities your body needs nourishing foods, use MFP to track your foods and see what you are really doing. Stop eating things that are obviously bad for you and start eating more of what is good for you, use the MFP calculator as your guide, you will quickly see what is unhealthy and what is healthy.0
